By accessing or using the Gloqsec API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Gloqsec provides a fraud detection and user trust scoring API for software developers and businesses. The Service analyzes behavioral signals, email reputation, and IP data to generate trust scores.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Overage charges of $0.003 per call apply above your plan limit. All payments are processed by Paddle.com. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund contact support@gloqsec.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. All refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.
Gloqsec processes behavioral signals, IP addresses, and email addresses to provide trust scores. Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell user data to third parties.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the Service.
Gloqsec is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
